I’m a Registered Dietitian specializing in gut health, eczema, stress, and burnout. After struggling with severe eczema and business burnout firsthand, I realized that true healing comes from balancing health and work — not sacrificing one for the other. Through holistic healing, mindset shifts, and functional nutrition, I found a way to thrive in both my well-being and business.
